Nut cookies

Per 100 g: 337 kcal / 12.8 proteins / 19.6  fats / 28.2 carbs


220 g. oatmeal flour

100 g. walnuts

2 eggs

a pinch of stevia or syrup to taste

1. Grind the nuts in a blender, mix with oatmeal flour.

2. Whisk eggs with a fork.

3. Connect both mixtures.

4. Put the cookies on a baking sheet, form the circles with your hands.

5. Bake for 20 minutes at 200, remove from the oven and let cool.
