Ingredients preparation time: 10 minutes
Total cooking time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 large juicy solid apples
2 tbsp. l raisins or sweetened dried cranberries
50 g brown sugar
20 g of softened butter
80 granola
Milk, cream or fruit yogurt (optional)
- Cut the apples in half. Using a spoon, remove the core and make a groove about three centimeters in each half of the apple. Put the prepared apples on the plate cut up. Cut, if necessary, small pieces of peel from the bottom of each half to maintain the stability of the apples.
- Evenly fill each half of the apple with raisins (or sweetened with dried cranberries) and brown sugar, add a little butter. Cover the filled apples with a plastic wrap, leaving a small hole for steam, and place in the microwave.
- Bake the apple dessert in the microwave at full power for 5-6 minutes. Serve the ready baked apples with granola with milk, cream or fruit yogurt.
