160 grams of flour (I have corn flour, you can use whole wheat flour too)
150 g dates (weight with stones)
1/3 tsp baking soda
20 g of vegetable oil
• Dates should be soft. I was initially very soft (Iranian), so I just washed them. If you are solid, soak them in water. Punch dates with a dip blender with an egg.
• Add butter, flour, and baking soda. The dough is obtained sticky. You can wet your hands with water to make them easier to form.
• Cook in a pan with a lid on both sides, over low heat. I got 5 minutes on each side. It is possible to bake in the oven too.
