Cheese and tomato galleta

1 cup flour
50 ml boiling water / 50 ml vegetable oil
1 tsp baking powder
whispering salt, spices
stuffing: tomato, cottage cheese, suluguni cheese, greens

Mix flour with a pinch of salt, spices, and baking powder. Mix the oil and boiling water and pour in the dry ingredients. Knead a dough. Roll out the dough, lay the stuffing out, form the bumpers, and bake in the oven until browning!) Approximately 25 minutes (180-200C)
