Cheese and tomato galleta

1 cup flour
50 ml boiling water / 50 ml vegetable oil
1 tsp baking powder
whispering salt, spices
stuffing: tomato, cottage cheese, suluguni cheese, greens

Mix flour with a pinch of salt, spices and baking powder. Mix the oil and boiling water and pour in the dry ingredients. Replace dough. Roll out the dough, lay out the stuffing, form the bumpers and in the oven until browning!) Approximately 25 minutes (180-200C)
