9 delicious and healthy dishes that can be made in a mug

Fast granola

You will need:

maple syrup or honey – 1 tbsp.

water – 2 tsp.

oil (olive, coconut or cream) – 2 tsp.

fine sea salt – 1/8 tsp.

Instant oatmeal or plain oat-flakes – 1/3 stack.

chopped nuts or seeds – 1 tbsp.

chopped dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots, prunes, cranberries) – 1 tbsp.

Place a maple syrup (honey), water, oil, salt, oatmeal and nuts in a large mug without mixing. Put in a microwave on medium power for 2 minutes. Stir thoroughly, making sure there is no syrup left on the bottom. Return to the microwave for 1-2 minutes (do not add power), the oatmeal should turn golden. Add dried fruit, cool for 2-3 minutes and start breakfast.

White omelet with vegetables

You will need:

egg whites (or you can take 2 eggs with yolk) – 4 pcs.

sliced ​​fresh spinach – 2 tbsp.

diced green pepper – 1 tbsp.

red pepper, diced – 1 tbsp.

diced tomato – 1 tbsp.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a ball. Put the meat ball in a greased cup. Microwave for 3 minutes at high power. Serve with sauce or pickled vegetables.

Rice Oriental

You will need:

rice – 100 g

frozen peas – a handful

chopped red pepper – a handful

chopped green onions – 1/2 tbsp.

bean sprouts – pinch

chopped purple cabbage – a handful

soy sauce – 1 tbsp.

sesame oil (if desired) – 1/2 tsp.

spices, salt – to taste

Put the rice in a large mug and cover it with water so that it covers two or three fingers. Microwave at full capacity for a few minutes and wait until the rice has completely absorbed the water. Mix all the vegetables, add to rice and cover the mug with cling film, return to the microwave for a minute.

Whisk the spices with sesame oil and soy sauce. Pour the mixture into a mug and mix well. Cover the mug with foil and return to the microwave for another 35-40 seconds. Take out the mug, mix and let stand for a minute before you start the meal.

You will need:

Pasta – 1/3 cup

water – 1/2 cup

1% milk – 1/4 cup

grated cheddar cheese – 1/2 cup

Mix the pasta and water in a large bowl. Put for 2 minutes in the microwave at maximum power. Stir and set again for 2 minutes. If the pasta is not fully absorbed water, repeat again. Add milk and cheese, put in the microwave for another minute. To stir thoroughly.

Greek salad with couscous

You will need:

raw couscous – 1/3 cup

chicken broth or water – 1/3 cup

lemon juice – 1 tsp.

sweetener or sugar – 2 tbsp.

Vanillin – 1/2 tsp.

flour – 1/4 cup

cocoa powder – 2 tbsp.

baking powder – 1/8 tsp.
