Delicious recipes for dessert

The stereotype that everything tasty is harmful has long been dispelled thanks to unique and indescribably tasty desserts made from healthy products only. Therefore, sweets are now available even to those who strictly follow the health. True, you shouldn’t abuse it – although the healthy desserts are digested quite quickly, they contain enough calories. In the evening, it is undesirable to eat desserts, but in the morning or at lunch you can afford a small portion of treats – there will be no trace of the fats and carbohydrates eaten per day.

Carrot cake “hazelnut”

A very tasty carrot cake proves by its example that proper nutrition should be delicious! Preparation of such a dessert will not take much time, and the result will certainly please.

Ingredients:

150 g of peeled carrots;

150 g of flour;

150 g of walnut kernels;

8 tablespoons of olive oil;

1 cup of honey;

1 glass of fruit juice;

1 teaspoon baking powder;

1 bag of vanilla.

How to bake a carrot cake?

Mix honey, vegetable oil and fruit juice until smooth.

Add carrots, grated on a fine grater.

Chop walnuts in a blender or chop with a knife. Leave a tablespoon of nuts to decorate the cake, and add the rest to the honey-carrot mixture.

Mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla, pour a mixture of liquid ingredients and mix well so that there are no lumps left.

Pour the dough into a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Decorate the cake with crushed nuts, cool, cut into pieces – and you can call your family for a tea party!

If desired, you can cut the carrot cake into 2 cakes and smear with sour cream or cottage cheese cream – so it will become more juicy and get a pleasant creamy taste.

Coconut Muesli Bars

The advertising slogan “Bounty – Heavenly Delight” is widely heard by anyone who has turned on the TV at least once. That’s just hardly chocolate bars with a bunch of additives can be attributed to healthy food. However, this does not mean that you have to deny yourself the pleasure – you can prepare coconut bars yourself, moreover, using a much more useful recipe.

List of required products:

200 g of oatmeal;

40 g coconut oil;

25 g coconut chips;

100 g candied or dried fruit;

40 g of honey;

150 grams of peanuts;

25 ml of milk;

a pinch of vanillin.

Step by step recipe:

Put all ingredients in a blender cup and chop. Do not overdo it: the resulting mixture should not become puree – ideally it should consist of separate small pieces.

If the mixture is too thick, you can add some more melted coconut oil or honey.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment and tamp there the resulting gruel with a layer of about 2 cm in thickness.

Hide the pan in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Slice chilled dessert into portions.

Coconut bars are especially popular with babies – they turn out to be a bit crassy, ​​and the oiled oatmeal melts in the mouth. Serve dessert is better with hot herbal tea or warm milk.

Baked apples with a surprise

The most delicious dishes of baked apples are probably familiar to everyone since childhood, when grandmother cooked them right in the oven. Due to the excellent taste and nutritional properties of this dessert, it has remained popular to this day. Apples baked with one or another filling can be tasted not only at home, but also in the best restaurants of Russian cuisine. Perhaps the most satisfying and healthy variation of this dish is baked apples with nuts and cinnamon.

You will need:

2 large apples;

1 tablespoon honey;

1 teaspoon of raisins;

40 grams of walnuts;

½ tsp ground cinnamon.

All ingredients are based on one serving. If you want to cook more, simply increase them in proportion to the required quantity.

Stages of cooking:

Cut off the tops of previously washed apples and carefully cut the core.

Crush nuts and raisins and mix with honey.

Put the nut mixture inside the apples and put them in a baking tray, at the bottom of which pour a little water (to about 1 cm).

Sprinkle the cinnamon over the apples and send to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour (the cooking time may vary slightly depending on the apple variety).

As soon as the dessert has cooled, you can serve it to the table.

Baked apples with nuts and cinnamon are ideal for breakfast or an afternoon snack, and can also be offered as a nice addition to lunch or dinner.
