In the morning there is always no time to cook, but breakfast can not be missed. Here are some ideas that you can quickly eat to get energy for the entire first half of the day.
1. Oatmeal with dried fruit

Smear a long loaf of bread or toast with butter mixed with garlic and dry for 1-2 minutes in the oven.
