Yesteday’s healthy baking)

I decided to experiment with ingredients and it turned not bad)
Pumpkin bread which I posted before, but I doubled ingredients to make it bigger. 
Cake with figs and dry apricots.
400-500 g of whole wheat flour
50-60 g of oat bran
650 ml of kefir
100 ml of orange juice
4 eggs
180 g of figs
80 g of dry apricots
1 tsp of turmerec
1 tsp of baking soda
Lemon juice (about 1/2 of tsp)
Orange zest
Vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients, dry fruits at the end. Place a dough into the form for baking, do not forget to lubricate the form. Bake at 180 C, 40-50 minutes.
