Mashed potatoes with mint “Emerald”


Potato – 4 pcs

Green Peas – 100 g

Butter – 50 g

Milk – 50 g

Mint – 3 sprigs

Salt – to taste

1.Peel potatoes, cut into small cubes and boil in salted water until cooked. Boil green peas in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Ready potatoes shake potato masher, add butter and milk.

2.Cooked boiled peas together with mint in a blender and add to the potato mass. Mashed potatoes are well mixed, laid out in plates, decorated with mint leaves and served to the table.

And serve as a side dish for this seasonal dish.
