150 ml of kefir
300/400g whole wheat flour
1 tbsp of oat bran
salt and spices
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda with lemon juice
- Whisk eggs with salt to foam. Add a little flour, bran, spices, baking soda and whisk it again.
- Add kefir and the rest of flour, mix it again. It should not be sticky.
- Make 6-7 balls with oily hands if it is necessary.
- Add sesame seeds on the top and bake at 180 C for 20-25 minutes. After it take out from oven, cover with a towel and let it cool.
