Zucchini Chocolate Muffin Recipe

4 servings/ 30 minutes of cooking time


150 g zucchini

125 gluten-free flour (can be replaced with whole grains)

2 g vanilla

100 g coconut sugar

1 tbsp.  cocoa powder

4 g baking powder

2 drops of vegetable oil

lime sorbet ball

1.Zucchini grate on a coarse grater.

2.Combine with the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Put in a greased form.

3.Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

4.Decorate the brownies with coconut sugar and a ball of lime sorbet.
