From the previous recipes it is clear that most raw food desserts are prepared in approximately the same way: a mixture of crushed dried fruits, nuts and additives is placed in a refrigerator or freezer for hardening and preserving the shape. Single-layer sweets are similar to cookies, and mass preparation methods: you can try ginger, peppermint or pumpkin, or you can invent a recipe yourself, because it’s almost impossible to make a mistake.
For cookies:
1 cup oatmeal
1½ cups grated coconut
½ cup ground flax seed
¾ cup raisins
⅛ tsp sea salt
¼ cup of peanut butter
For chocolate glaze:
120 ml melted coconut oil
¾ cup of cocoa powder
60 ml glass maple syrup
⅛ tsp salt
Preparation:
1.Grind oatmeal, flax seeds, coconut and salt into flour in a blender. Add the raisins and chop again to get a slightly wet mixture that will hold the shape. Roll out the mass and, having achieved a layer of desired thickness, cut into pieces of the desired size. Store in a refrigerator or freezer until it freezes.
2. Stir all the ingredients for the glaze until smooth. Spread some peanut butter on each cookie and dip each in the frosting. Put in the freezer until the icing solidifies. 3. Keep ready-made cookies in the refrigerator.
