INGREDIENTS

150 g honey

4 mugs of lemon

200 g dried dates

1 l of water

3 cm fresh ginger slice

cinnamon

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the ginger, cut into small pieces, pour boiling water and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove broth from heat and strain.

2. Wash dates, remove bones. Put dates in ginger decoction, cook for 10 minutes. Dates take out the skimmer.

3. Without removing the decoction from the heat, add honey and lemon, cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cool, and pour into glasses. Separately serve dates cooked in ginger broth.
