Cooking:

Cooking:

1.Wash tomatoes, cut off the tip from the side of the stalks. Remove all the pulp with a teaspoon, salt and pepper in the middle.

2.Squash peel and clean from the seeds too, cut into small cubes and fry a little in a frying pan with the addition of butter and with chopped onions.

3.The resulting mass  mix with the pulp of tomatoes and in such a composition to fill the peeled tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

4.Stuffed tomatoes put in the oven (180 degrees) for 25 minutes. Cheese should be baked evenly.

Squash Lasagna

Cooking:

1.The squash need to wash, peel and clean the flesh too, cut into thin plates and laid out on the bottom of the mold, which is pre-lubricated with olive oil.

Cooking:
