24 Kefir Smoothies

Kefir is a cultured, fermented beverage that tastes a great deal like a yogurt drink. It’s made using “starter” grains, just as sourdough bread has a “starter.” This starter is a combination of yeasts, milk proteins, and bacteria. It has a tart, creamy flavor, and it’s loaded with probiotic health benefits.

  1. APPLE-BANANA SMOOTHIE WITH GINGER

Smoothie with apple, banana and ginger – a healthy breakfast or snack that will provide a feeling of satiety and give the body a boost of energy.

INGREDIENTS:

Apple – 300 g

Banana – 200 g

Ginger (root) – 2-3 cm

Kefir (from the refrigerator) – 300 ml

Cinnamon – 3 pinches or to taste

Honey – to taste

1.We clean the apples from the rind and the core, cut them into small pieces, put them in a blender glass, pour in some kefir and grind to homogeneity.

2.Add peeled and sliced banana, chop at high speed.

3.To the homogeneous mass, add the grated ginger root and cinnamon.

4.Pour the remaining kefir, blend it.

5.If you do not have enough sweets in the drink, add honey and blend the contents of the glass again.

2. SMOOTHIE WITH PERSIMMON,KEFIR AND HONEY

INGREDIENTS:

Kefir 1.5% – 300 ml

Persimmon – 1 pc. (large)

Honey – 1.5 tbsp.

1.Kefir of any fat content that you choose, pour it into the bowl of a blender or a deep container with high sides if you are going to use an immersion blender.

2.Wash the persimmon in water, cut it in half and remove the seeds, if any, in the fruit. Try the taste. Then cut the stalk and peel, cut into slices and add to the container.

3.Put there honey of any kind or add sugar.

4.Pure all into a homogeneous mass for about 3-4 minutes, so that the fruit pieces are crushed properly.

5.Pour into a cocktail jar, cup, tall glass and serve immediately after creation. Remember that a smoothie can stratify for 10-12 minutes, so you should not create a smoothie of persimmon with kefir and honey in advance!

3.PEAR WITH KEFIR

Kefir – 400 g

4.COCKTAIL WITH BLUEBERRY AND OAT FLAKES

Kefir – 600 ml

Oatmeal – 30 g

Honey – to taste

1. Wash the berries, put them in a bowl for beating together with oatmeal.

4.Try a drink and add some salt and ground black pepper to taste.

5.Pour the drink into glasses and serve to the table. Cucumber and kefir smoothie ready.

6.SMOOTHIE WITH BERRIES, GINGER AND OAT

INGREDIENTS:

Berries (fresh or frozen) – 200 g

Oatmeal (Hercules) – 30 g

Ginger (root) – 0.5-1 tsp.

Kefir 2.5% (or yogurt without additives) – 250 ml

Milk – 100 ml

Honey (liquid) – 1-2 tbsp. or to taste

1.Boil the milk, fill it with oatmeal and leave for 10-15 minutes to swell.

2.Berries (I have frozen raspberries, black currants and cherries) are placed in a blender glass.

3.Put the swollen flakes with milk, if it is not completely absorbed. Blend the contents with a blender at high speed.

4.Pour in kefir, add honey and ginger, grated on a fine grater, and again blend well.

5.Delicious and invigorating smoothie with berries, ginger and oatmeal ready.

7.SMOOTHIE WITH RASPBERRY, APPLE AND PEAR

55 kcal.

INGREDIENTS:

Raspberries (fresh or frozen) – 200 g

Apple – 150 g

Pear – 200 g

Kefir – 300 ml

Honey – 1-2 tbsp. or to taste

1.Peel the apple and pear (can not be peeled), cut the core and cut the fruit into small-sized slices.

2.Put the slices in a glass blender. Add raspberries (I have frozen).

3.Pour kefir or yogurt without additives, blend with a blender until smooth.

4.Add honey and whisk again.

5.Pour a ready-made smoothie with raspberries, apples and pears into glasses. When serving drink decorate berries raspberries.

8.RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE WITH BANANA AND BLACKCURRANT

INGREDIENTS:

Black currant (fresh or frozen) – 100 g

Raspberries (fresh or frozen) – 100 g

Banana (ripe) – 300 g

Kefir – 200 ml

Honey – 1-2 tbsp.

1.Peel the banana, cut it into not big pieces, put it in a glass blender and beat until smooth.

2.Add frozen currants, beat the contents again.

3.Add frozen raspberries, blend it.

4.Pour kefir and, if desired, add honey. Once again, carefully blend all the ingredients.

5.Bright and fragrant raspberry smoothie with banana and black currant ready.

6.Pour it into glasses, decorate with berries and mint leaves.

9.MARROW SQUASH SMOOTHIE

34 kcal.

INGREDIENTS:

Young squash – 1-2 pcs.

Kefir of any fat content – 200 ml

Salt and pepper to taste

1.One large squash or two small rinse in water, cut the tails of vegetables on both sides. Cut the squash into plates, and the plates themselves – into cubes.

2.Pour kefir of any fat content into the blender or food processor. Salt and pepper it. For those who do not like salty drinks, we recommend pouring a pinch of salt and add 1 tbsp. honey of any kind – smoothies will get juicy and sweetish taste.

3.Put squash in a container.

4.Blend the contents of the container for about 2-3 minutes, until a homogeneous mass. If there are small pieces of vegetables in the drink – this is the norm! The main thing – to add a smoothie straw with a wide hole.

5.Pour the cooked dish into tall glasses, cocktail cans or containers, cups.

6.Decorate to your taste, add a straw, serve to the table immediately after creation. It is not recommended to cook smoothies from squash for the future, as kefir can exfoliate with the vegetable mass.

10.KEFIR AND ORANGE SMOOTHIE

54 kcal.

INGREDIENTS:

Orange – 1 pc. (250g)

Banana – 0.5 pcs. (60g)

Kefir – 200 ml

Honey – 1 tsp.

1.Peel the orange and cut the flesh into small pieces to make it easier to punch it in a blender.

2.Banana is also peeled and cut into slices.

3.Put the sliced fruit in a glass.

4.Blend them in a puree submersible blender.

5.Pour into a glass of kefir. Kefir can take any fat content, depending on your preferences.

6.Blend all the ingredients again with an immersion blender to a uniform consistency.

7.Ready kefir and orange smoothies are pour into glasses and serve to the table.

11.KEFIR AND APPLES SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

Apples – 500-600 g

Kefir – 300 ml

Ground cinnamon – to taste

Honey – to taste

Mint – 1 branch for feeding (optional)

1.Wash the cooled apples thoroughly, remove the seed boxes and cut into large pieces. Optionally, you can also peel the apples.

2.Place the apple slices in the blender bowl and pour in the cooled kefir. Blend all 2-3 minutes, until smooth.

3.Add a little ground cinnamon and honey. Blend still 1-2 minutes.

4.Pour the drink into glasses, add straws and serve to the table.

12.SMOOTHIE WITH COTTAGE CHEESE, CHERRY AND COCOA

103 kcal.

INGREDIENTS:

Cottage cheese – 100 g

Kefir – 200 ml

Pitted Cherry – 50 g

Honey – 10-20 g

Cocoa powder – 10-20 g

1.Into a bowl put a portion of cottage cheese, and for texture it is better – not dry and nonfat.

2.Add washed berries.

3.If you need extra sweetness, add honey.

4.Pour kefir.

5.Blend cherries with cottage cheese to homogeneous mass, pour cocoa powder to taste (or add chocolate syrup, icing, chocolate pieces or melted chocolate – at your choice), mash for a few seconds. You can also fill the containers of cottage cheese and cherry smoothies and sprinkle with sifted cocoa (chocolate chips, etc.) on top.

6.To the table, smoothies with cottage cheese, cherries and cocoa are served immediately.

13.SMOOTHIE WITH COTTAGE CHEESE, OAT, AND CURRANT

INGREDIENTS:

Cottage cheese – 200 g

Kefir – 350 ml

Black currant – 2 tbsp.

Oatmeal – 2 tbsp.

Honey (sugar, syrup) – to taste

1.A prerequisite – cottage cheese take only fresh. There is no heat treatment for smoothies.

2.Following the curd we throw a couple of spoons of oatmeal. Density is also easy to change, just like oatmeal in a jar.

3.Put a portion of black currant, pour in honey and kefir and blend it.

4.Immediately we pour a bright smoothie with cottage cheese, oatmeal and currants into glasses and serve it.

14.KEFIR, KIWI AND BANANA SMOOTHIE

77 kcal.

INGREDIENTS:

Bananas – 2 pcs.

Kiwi – 2 pcs.

Kefir – 125 ml

Honey – 1 tsp (optional)

1.Peel bananas and cut into small pieces. Place in a blender bowl or a suitable whisking container.

2.Peel kiwi and cut into arbitrary slices. Add to the banana.

3.If desired, add honey.

4.Pour cold kefir. If you want a more dietary smoothie option, use low-fat kefir.

5.Blend the mixture until smooth.

6.Pour kefir and banana smoothies into glasses and decorate with kiwi slices. Ready drink can be served on the table. Since we used cold kefir, smoothies can not cool.

15.KEFIR WITH STRAWBERRY

60 kcal.

INGREDIENTS:

Strawberry – 1 glass

Kefir – 300 ml

Honey – 2-3 tsp (or to taste)

1.Wash the strawberries, lightly dry on a paper towel, remove the sepals.

2.Put the peeled berries into a blender glass.

3.Add honey to your taste, 2-3 teaspoons.

4.Pour the kefir and blend it.

5.Pour the drink into glasses and decorate with leaves of mint.

16.PEACH AND RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE

62 kcal.

INGREDIENTS:

Kefir – 100 ml;

Peaches – 3 pcs;

Raspberries – 200 ml;

Honey – 1.5 tbsp.

1.First, make a peach smoothie. To do this, cut the peaches and place them in a blender. Add a piece of honey and a piece of kefir.

2.Blend the mixture until smooth.

3.Let’s transfer to another dish. And we will prepare a blender for a raspberry smoothie.

4.Put raspberries, honey and kefir into a clean blender. Blend everything up.

17.STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE WITH OAT FLAKES

INGREDIENTS:

Strawberries – 200 grams;

Oatmeal – 2 tablespoons;

Warm milk – 50 ml;

Kefir 1% – 300 ml;

Icing sugar – 1-2 tablespoons;

Ground cinnamon – pinch;

Ice cubes;

A sprig of mint for decoration.

1.Fill the flakes with warm milk, cover with a lid and leave for 5 minutes.

2.Wash strawberries, remove the tails and cut in half.

3.Combine berries, flakes with milk, kefir and powdered sugar in the bowl of the blender. Blend to a smooth consistency.

4.Pour the prepared smoothie into glasses. If desired, add ice and a pinch of ground cinnamon, decorate with mint and serve.

18.KEFIR AND VEGETABLE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

kefir – 0.25 l;

tomatoes – 0.3 kg;

Bulgarian pepper – 0.2 kg;

cucumber – 150 g;

fresh dill – 50 g.

Cooking method:

1.Wash and dry the tomatoes with a napkin. Boil them and clean them. Coarsely chop the tomato pulp and send it to the blender bowl.

2.Peel the red bell pepper by removing the stalk. Cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape, put to the tomatoes.

3.Cucumber wash, blot with a cloth, cut off his tips. Using a vegetable peeler, remove a thin layer of peel. Pulp cut into cubes of medium size.

4.Chop the dill with a knife.

5.Crush the tomatoes and peppers in the blender bowl, turning them into a homogeneous thick mass.

6.Put the vegetable puree in glasses designed for smoothies.

INGREDIENTS:

kefir – 0.25 l;

beets – 150 g;

carrots – 0.3 kg;

cucumber – 150 g;

apple – 0.2 kg;

celery stalk – 50 g

Cooking method:

1.Wash the vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:

kefir – 0.25 l;

cranberries (fresh or frozen) – 100 g;

green apple – 0.2 kg;

stem celery – 50 g;

banana – 150 g;

fresh parsley – 50 g

Cooking method:

1.Wash the celery and cut into small pieces.

2.Wash the apple. Cut the core. To get a delicate consistency, clean the apple. Cut into cubes.

3.Banana need to peel, cut into circles.

4.Sort out the cranberries, rinse them in running water and let dry. Frozen berries should be thawed out by about half.

5.Chop parsley with a knife.

7.Add kefir and bananas. Blend the ingredients together.

21.KEFIR SMOOTHIE WITH HONEY AND PEAR

INGREDIENTS:

kefir – 120 ml;

milk – 120 ml;

pear – 0.2 kg;

honey – 5 ml.

Cooking method:

1.Wash the pear. Peel it, cut it into 4 parts, cut out the areas with seeds.

2.Slice the pear pulp into small pieces and put it in the blender bowl.

3.Spoon the fruit with a spoonful of liquid honey.

4.Pour kefir, blend until smooth.

5.Pour in the milk and blend again.

22.KEFIR SMOOTHIE WITH BANANA AND COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

kefir – 0.25 kg;

shortbread – 20 g;

banana – 100 g;

honey – 5 ml.

Cooking method:

1.Break the cookies, pour kefir and let it soggy.

2.Peel and cut the banana.

3.Melt the honey.

23.KEFIR SMOOTHIE WITH BERRIES AND COTTAGE CHEESE

INGREDIENTS:

low-fat cottage cheese – 0.2 kg;

kefir – 0.25 l;

raspberry – 50 g;

red currant – 50 g;

strawberry – 50 g

Cooking method:

Go through the berries, removing litter and sepals, removing currants from the twigs. Rinse and dry by spilling on a towel.

24.KEFIR SMOOTHIE WITH PERSIMMON

INGREDIENTS:

lemon juice – 5 ml.

Cooking method:

1.Persimmon peel and cut into pieces.

2.Put persimmon slices in the bowl of the blender, pour with lemon juice, add kefir.

3.Turn on the blender and turn the food into a homogeneous mass.

This cocktail can be prepared in the winter. Persimmon is useful, and as part of kefir smoothie acquires a unique taste.
