  1. I agree on that list and am having five to six of these on a regular basis. Only yoghurt won’t work for me due to a servere intolerance/allergy to all dairy products. Can you think of anything that might replace it and that possesses similar nutrional properties? Just curious. Don’t wreck your brains over it. 😉

I understand the issue, I can suggest yogurt for people with lactose intolerance, it contents almond milk or soy milk, of course it cost a lot, but if you love yoghurt, it is ok to try once) There are some people with different level of this allergy, how you said. Some can eat some milk product, some not. If the problem not so serious, it is still possible to try kefir. Anyway, I hope it was helpful)
