Pineapple smoothie with spinach

almond milk – 240 ml

Greek yogurt – 160 ml

baby spinach – 60 g

banana – 1 pc. (can be frozen)

peeled pineapple – 140 g (it is better to use frozen)

Chia seeds – 2 tbsp.

maple syrup or honey – 2 – 3 tsp. (or to taste)

How to cook?

1. Coarsely chop the pineapple and banana.

2. Pour the milk and yogurt into the bowl of the blender, add the spinach, banana, pineapple, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Grind to a smooth consistency.

3. Pour smoothie into glasses.

Carrot Ginger Smoothie

average carrot – 4 pcs.

medium apple – 2 pcs.

grated ginger – 4 tsp. (or to taste)

ground cardamom – a couple of pinches

fresh juice of lime or lemon – 50 ml

cream (can be coconut) – 2 tsp.

How to cook?

1. Peel the carrots and grate them with the apple. If your blender has enough power, cut a cooler into large pieces.

2. Place all ingredients in a blender and grind to a smooth consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, add some more orange juice.

3. Add 1 tsp of cream to each serving and mix. Or whip the cream and garnish the drink with the top.

Apple mint drink

apple juice –1 l

apples – 2 pcs.

cane sugar (we use coconut sugar) – 4 tbsp.

water – 400 ml

mint 10 g

How to cook?

1. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into medium slices. Wash and finely chop the mint leaves.

2. Dissolve cane sugar in water, bring the liquid to a boil and, without cooling, pour apple slices into it.

3. Pour apple juice into the cooled mixture. Pour into glasses, sprinkle the drink with chopped mint herbs, and refrigerate for 30–40 minutes.

Tangerine Smoothie with Sage and Feijoa

tangerines – 150 g

sage leaves – 1 g

Feijoa – 70 g

water – 50 ml

honey – 40 g

How to cook?

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender bowl and grind to a smooth, uniform consistency.

2. Pour into glasses.

Nonalcoholic Apple Cider

apple juice (preferably fresh) – 2 l

orange – 1 pc.

pear – 1 pc.

lemon – 1 pc.

cinnamon – 1 stick

a piece of fresh ginger

a little carnation

How to cook?

1. Heat the apple juice over medium heat and bring it to a boil.

2. Cut the fruit into thin slices and add to boiling apple juice.

3. Rub the ginger and add along with the rest of the spices in the cider.

4. Boil the drink for 5–10 minutes, then turn off the heat and hold under the lid for an hour. Pour into cups.

Ginger lemonade

Lemons – 4 pcs.

cane sugar (we use coconut sugar) – 2 tbsp.

water – 500 ml

grated ginger – 2 tbsp.


How to cook?

1. Squeeze the juice from the lemons.

2. Mix lemon juice with water and sugar. If necessary, add more sugar.

3. Add grated ginger to lemonade. Pour the drink into glasses and add ice.

Spicy Cranberry Cider

apple juice – 5 tbsp.

cranberry juice – 5 tbsp.

guava or mango nectar – 1.5 tbsp.

lime juice – ¼ Art.

grated ginger – 1 tbsp.

cinnamon – ½ tsp.

spices to taste (allspice, nutmeg) – ½ tsp.

honey – to taste

lime – for decoration

How to cook?

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, except honey and lime cloves. Bring the liquid to a boil, reduce the temperature and simmer for 5 minutes without a lid, stirring occasionally.

2. Pour into cups, add honey if necessary. Garnish with lime slices.

Pineapple Cucumber Spritz

pineapple juice (freshly squeezed) – 1 tbsp.

mineral water – 1 l

cucumber – 2 pcs.


How to cook?

1. Cut the cucumber into slices.

2. Combine mineral water and juice, add cucumber circles.

3. Add ice before serving.

Coconut Ginger Smoothie

coconut flakes (savory) –¼ st

frozen banana – 1 pc.

coconut water – 1 tbsp.


grated ginger – 1 tbsp.

How to cook?

1. Put all ingredients in a blender bowl. Stir until smooth.

2. Pour into glasses.

Winter lemonade from grapefruit with tangerine cubes

tangerines – 2 pcs.

freshly squeezed grapefruit juice – 2 tbsp.

water – 2 tbsp.

ice – 4 tbsp.

vanilla extract – ¼ tsp.

cane sugar (we use coconut sugar) – to taste

How to cook?

1. Peel tangerines, divide into slices, and place in the freezer for 1 hour.

2. Mix the juice, sweetener, water, and vanilla.

3. Pour into glasses, add frozen tangerine slices and ice.
