Important! If you have heart issues, talk to your doctor first, before you start Tabata and some other training. If you caught a cold, do not train, your body needs all your energy to recover, it is already pretty difficult for you. So, it can cause even worse problems. Better stay in the bed.
If you have never trained before, so, be careful and start with simple exercises, maybe something slow. Get stronger first and after you will be able to do more things.
