Tabata is the fastest way to lose weight. Just in a month, you gonna see a great result. This type of training will help you not only to lose weight, but you will also be able to strengthen your muscles and keep them in a good shape.

Tabata training consists of various exercises on different groups of muscles.

Let me tell you a little bit about history. In the mid-90s, Tabata was created by Japanese doctor Izumi Tabata. Intensive execution technique at intervals. Normally, lasts only 5 minutes with 10 seconds rest after each set. It just seems easy.

Tabata for a short period of time speeds up metabolism and even after training keeps burning fat another couple of hours. So, keep yourself from food for a while after working out if you want to see good results.

A concept of this training is making any exercise from 8 to 10 times, not more, for 20 seconds, 10 seconds rest, and repeat. You can start with simple things like squats, jumping jacks, exercises with dumbbells. Very important is the quality of your technique and speed.

If you decided to try Tabata, do not eat an hour before this and warm up very well.

Watch your breath. Breath on relaxation and exhale on effort. Eat good and healthy, do not starve. Nutrition is a part of training ( I am talking about all kinds of sport). If you think that dieting is a good choice, believe me not. It was never a good choice, you will start burning your muscles and will get health issues. In reality, you need energy for living, especially if you working out, you might eat even more, but pick food in a smart way. Training can be exhausting.

Important! If you have heart issues, talk to your doctor first, before you start Tabata and some other training. If you caught a cold, do not train, your body needs all your energy to recover, it is already pretty difficult for you. So, it can cause even worse problems. Better stay in the bed.

If you have never trained before, so, be careful and start with simple exercises, maybe something slow. Get stronger first and after you will be able to do more things.

Love yourself and be healthy!
